A Fulfillment Fix for Franchise Business

10X is a franchise business working with Accounting firms as an additional division to offer their clients all the expected (and beyond the norm!) services of an accounting firm WITH expanded business development services such as 10XCoaching Club, which addresses all the key areas in business and more, over the course of a year and beyond.

10X franchisees require a range of resources as part of running their businesses. These include customised stationery, marketing material, workbooks, coaching resources and tools. 10X needed a cost-effective and efficient solution to distribute these products to their franchisees around Australia and overseas.

10X initially had a very basic online ordering system which meant payments were processed manually and orders sent out through a third party. There were a lot of challenges with this system including it being heavily reliant on other parties. If changes needed to be made to the site, it meant a phone call and a lengthy wait to get it done. The site was hard to navigate, invoices were sent out to clients to pay which increased lead times, deliveries didn’t turn up and stock was damaged by the third party resulting in costly reprints and further delays. The system simply wasn’t working – it was time to look at alternatives.
