When someone buys one of your items they will be presented with up to 4 different shipping carrier options. Your clients get to choose who they want their parcel delivered by and how much they want to pay for shipping.
Items are stored on shelf in dust free containers and picked at the time of ordering. The items in the order are then wrapped and boxed ready for shipping.
InfoShop handles the returns process for you. The client contacts Infoshop and our team sends a Return Authority email to them. The email is printed out and put with the item and sent back to us. Our team assesses the item and reason for return before either replacing the item or issuing a refund.
