When checking out of the shopping cart you can use Visa, Master Card and Amex.
All payment information is encrypted during transmission via our secure server. So you can safely use your credit card within our system.
Direct Deposit is also available for larger orders. Do use this method, proceed to the payment page as if you were using a credit card and then contact us. We will email you your order details for confirmation with direct deposit details.

How to I receive my download once I have ordered?
When you purchase a Download from InfoShop.com.au, you will receive an email notification that has a link for you to click to begin the download of your item.
Downloading files can sometimes be problematic. There is so much that can influence the speed and success of your download from Infoshop.com.au. The telephone company, your ISP, the plan you are on whether it be dialup or broadband, virus scanners sucking up system resources and even the local council digging up the street can cause you grief.
So, here are a few tips and tricks to help smooth the way.
Be patient
If you download a lot of files from the internet, you will be familiar with what speed a file should be downloading.
Check the size of the file that you purchased as it may be bigger than what you thought which will effect your impression of how fast the file should download.
If the file is coming down slower than normal:
- Check to see if your ISP has limited your bandwith due to your allocation for the month being reached.
- Check to see if you have something else downloading or uploading simultaneously.
Use a download manager for large downloads.
A download manager is a useful tool for download particularly large files. They employ technology that can speed up the download as well as being able to resume the download from where it left off should the process get interrupted.
There are many free versions available. Here are a couple to help you get started:

I have tried a few times and now I get an error?
Each download link has a limit on how long it stays active and how many times it can be clicked. These limits are set by the Shop owner. If you have exceeded your limit please contact the Shop Owner and they can reset your download link.

How much does shipping cost?
Infoshop.com.au offers 4 options for shipping, including international shipping across the globe.
Our rates are zone and weight based, but most items, and even some multiple items, can be shipped for $5.95. The actual shipping charge will be displayed in our shopping cart on checkout.

Are my goods insured in transit?
InfoShop does not insure your goods for damage in transit. Transit insurance is typically very expensive and in a effort to keep our fees as low as possible we do not insure the value of your items.
Damage can occur occasionally to an item while being delivered. If this does occur we will replace the item for the purchaser from your existing inventory. While the cost for this is borne by you, it is on balance far cheaper than insuring each and every item so that the ones that do get damaged can be replaced.
How soon do I get my download?
When you purchase a download, you will receive an email with a link to click to begin the download. Once you click this download link, the downloading will commence and the file will be saved to your desktop. You can then open the file once the download has finished.
Download links do have expiry parameters set by the shop owner, both in the number of days before the link will expire and the number of times the link can be clicked.

When you purchase a ticket, you will receive an email confirmation with a PDF attachment.This is your event registration confirmation and must be kept as proof of your entry into the event. Please print out the attached PDF and present it at the door to gain entry to the event.

What if I need a Return or Exchange?
Infoshop.com.au offers a 30 day guarantee on all your products. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us to fill out a request form, and we will send you a Return Authority Number [RA] and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Unfortunately we are not able to refund any shipping charges.
What is your CD Return Policy?
CDs purchased from Infoshop.com.au can be returned within 30 days of date of shipment. Defective CDs will be exchanged for the same CD title.
What is your Download Return Policy?
Due to the nature of downloads they cannot be returned for a refund.
What is your Ticket Return Policy?
All tickets are sold by InfoShop.com.au as an agent for the Seller and as such all requests for returns and refunds must be made to the Seller of the Ticket. InfoShop.com.au is not able to refund a Ticket. For more information please read the Terms and Conditions of sale.
Will my order be affected by Customs?
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of the product and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents by product type.

How does the Tax and GST work?
InfoShop.com.au is an Australian based company and as such trades in Australian Dollars [AUD] and must collect a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) on all sales originating in Australia. Prices are shown within InfoShop.com.au both inclusive and exclusive of the GST. We itemise the GST on the payment screen during the checkout process if applicable. The GST is collected and remitted to The Australian Tax Office (ATO).
If you open a shop on InfoShop.com.au and earn commissions you may be deemed by the ATO to be earning an income and may be subject to tax. To avoid InfoShop.com.au withholding any tax on the ATO's behalf you will need to tell us when opening your store:
- Your Australian Business Number (ABN). If you don’t have an ABN you can register online and for free at www.abr.gov.au, or
- Indicate that your Shop represents a Hobby under the ATO guidelines, or
- Indicate that you are tax exempt. The most common tax exemption is that you are not an Australian Resident. If you are not an Australian Resident, all purchases you make will be GST exempt and all sales you make will be tax exempt.
How do I get paid?
InfoShop.com.au pays shopkeepers their commissions in 2 convenient methods. Choose to have your commissions paid via:
- PayPal - we deposit directly into your nominated PayPal account
- Direct Deposit – We can pay directly into your nominated bank account
Your income is transferred to you 30 days after your items were shipped. This allows time for any returns to be received and processed.

Please ship your Disc securely with the Disc Master Form, which is emailed to you when you click "Send My Master". Please, please, please ship a master that you have completely listened too or watched, without scratches, in a secure package. Please write your product number on your Disc. We make an exact copy of your Disc, so please make certain to double-check your master prior to shipment. If it doesn’t sound or look right, neither will the copies we make.
Please ensure that you keep a copy of the master that you send to us. If you master is lost in transit, or damaged on arrival, all will not be lost!
When I send in my Masters, what formats do you accept?
CD
Your CD Master should be formatted to work in a CD player (technically, the format is called CDA or Red Book Audio). Please do not send MP3 or other file formats. Be sure that your CD can be played in your car or home stereo before you send it. We make an exact duplicate of your CD. Absolutely nothing is altered. It is therefore your responsibility to make sure it is exactly as you want it.
DVD
Your DVD master should be formatted to work in a standard DVD playback device. The format is called DVD- Video. Please do not send in any other file formats.
How do I know you received my master?
Masters are received and checked in by 5 PM everyday. Upon check-in, an email will be sent to you indicating that your master has been received. If you have completed the setup process for your disc, it will automatically be added to your online shop. If you have not completed the setup process, you will need to sign in to your account to complete the setup process before the Disc is made available for purchase.

What type of media do you use?
We use Verbatim and SKC professional grade media exclusively. The final Disc quality is a combination of high grade compatible media, high grade duplicating machines and the right software. We also compare the quality of our duplications up against Philips Colour Book specifications to make sure the discs will work in all players. Consequently the price of our duplications are little more than most other manufacturers, but your content is worth it!
What type of paper do you use for the booklet and tray card?
All booklets, tray cards and DVD inserts are printed on heavy two-sided glossy paper, just like the retail product. We do not cut any corners.
Is it really retail quality?
Yes it is, really! Your booklet will be professionally scored and trimmed. Your tray card will be scored, and your Discs image will be directly printed onto the CD. The machine we use to print CDs applies your image directly to the surface of the CD producing a photographic, high resolution finish. Your paper parts are printed on high end professional FuijiXerox colour laser machines.
What about returns?
We will gladly accept unopened Discs, within 30 days for a full refund. Defective Discs will be exchanged for the same title.

When you create a Shop, we require personal information like name, email address, mailing address and payment information. We use this information solely to pay you your commissions. We will not sell or lease your personal information to anyone. We will not provide any personally identifying information, regardless of its source, to any third party for any purpose whatsoever.
